Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

1. DMCA Compliance

AI Resume Pro respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our designated DMCA Agent.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed through our service, please provide a written notification containing the following information (as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Delaware if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
