3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your resume
• You must not upload resumes containing false, misleading, or illegal content
• You must not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original input content. AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection under current U.S. law. The U.S. Copyright Office has issued guidance (March 2023, updated 2025) stating that works containing AI-generated material require sufficient human creative contribution to qualify for copyright registration. We claim no ownership over your input content or the AI-generated output.

5. Disclaimer

The AI optimization is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the optimized resume will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Resume optimization is a subjective process and results may vary.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for full details. If the service fails due to a technical error on our end, you are always entitled to a full refund regardless of the 14-day window.
